Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
– Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and IT requirements. Solution Selling & Proposal Development
– Work with technical teams to design and propose IT solutions, including cloud services, digital transformation, web and mobile applications, and system integration. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
– Deliver impactful presentations and product demos that communicate the value of Asia Quest’s IT offerings. RFP / RFI Response & Documentation
– Lead and prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP / RFI submissions in collaboration with internal teams. Consultative Selling & Advisory
– Act as a trusted IT advisor, recommending suitable technologies and strategies to support client objectives. Collaboration with Internal Teams
– Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to align business solutions with client expectations. Stay informed on IT industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business growth. Customer Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in IT sales, business development, pre-sales, or consulting. Proven track record in
achieving and exceeding sales targets
(KPI-driven). At least
1 year of experience
in SaaS solution sales, implementation, or managed services. Strong understanding of
cloud computing, system integration, digital transformation solutions . Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear
business value propositions . Experience in
proposal writing, project scoping, and technical documentation . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Fluent in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin / Japanese is an added advantage).
