Job Summary

As part of EPOS’ strategic expansion into the Malaysian market , we are building a dynamic team of Account Managers to drive our ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners to embrace digital transformation through EPOS’ cutting‑edge solutions , including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Payment Terminals .

In this Sales Manager role, you will play a critical part in developing sales strategies and leading a team of Account Managers by motivating them to achieve sales targets through new merchant acquisition .

You’ll work directly with business owners , understand their pain points , and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalize their operations —from F&B to Retail and beyond —leveraging our POS solutions, Soundbox devices, and Payment Terminals .
