Job description
Responsibilities
Alongside the leadership team, develop and launch new products from concept to rollout.
Test and refine recipes for taste, speed, and cost efficiency.
Assist in creating 100% repeatable SOPs for outlet consistency.
Oversee trials and taste panels; gather and act on feedback.
Provide technical input on recipes, ingredients, and quality control.
Monitor food trends and propose commercially viable ideas.
Train kitchen teams to maintain product quality across all outlets.
Qualifications
Fresh graduate in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related fields welcome.
Practical culinary skills â raw material handling, food preparation, and actually cooking.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recipes.
Able to follow timelines and meet launch deadlines.
Inquisitive and eager to learn new skills.
