Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, audits, and risk assessments.
Manage tenant handovers, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transition processes.
Review and approve tenant renovation applications and work permits.
Lead safety initiatives, including emergency drills, training, and incident investigations.
Oversee Auxiliary Police operations, ensuring effective deployment and adherence to SOPs.
