What success looks like in this role :

• Gains understanding of and experience with business process outsourcing support processes and practices.
• With guidance, performs various business process duties, such as :
• Providing assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels – answering inquiries, resolving complaints, or providing product / service information.
• Handling and processing product, service, or other orders / requests.
• Handling transactions associated with product / service changes.
• Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, transactions, and changes.
• Gains product, service, and account understanding by attending training and / or engaging with more experienced team members and colleagues.
• Develops understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and policies.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
