Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Support customer through onboarding via calls, virtual sessions, or in-person
  • Guide customer on how to use the app or system efficiently
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including tickets and phone support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues faced by customer

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in front-line customer support is a plus
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) & English
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : RM6, RM12,000.00 per month
