Job descriptionProven experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on the oil and gas industry, construction, infrastructure or renewables (3+ years). Strong knowledge of engineering roles and terminology. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies and job market dynamics. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases. A commitment to uphold ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality. Delivery Consultant - Oil and Gas / Petrochemical / Renewables
Aurora Talent WP is an independent technical recruitment specialist focused on providing industry professionals to the Energy and Built Environment sectors. We are expanding our recruitment / delivery team and are looking for experienced recruiters familiar with the upstream O&G and petrochemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a variety of resources such as databases, social media, job boards and referrals to conduct extensive applicant searches.
- Screen, interview and evaluate applicants to determine their abilities, credentials and suitability for positions in the petrochemical and oil industries.
