Process Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Technician ensuring that the production of manufacturing switchboards is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily manufacturing operations. Candidate require to hands-on setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on all the machines and systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot process inefficiencies or defects.
• Recommend improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Carry out daily production processes such as quality checks, visual inspections, and current / voltage testing.
• Assist engineers in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Quality, Production, Engineering) to monitor and resolve process issues promptly.
• Record and document setups, process parameters, maintenance activities, and analysis results into report.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and company regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or HOD .
