Role Overview
You will join the Brand & Creative team and shape how our brand shows up across multiple markets, creating visuals that blend cultural relevance with global consistency and distinctively Teleport, from campaigns and digital content to meaningful brand experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-moving environments and brings ideas to life with both creativity and intent.
Location : Wisma Capital A, Damansara Heights office. Report directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.
A DAY IN A LIFE
You can expect your days to be dynamic and creative, no two days will be the same. You'll work closely with the Brand & Creative team, marketers, and other stakeholders to craft visual designs that shape how Teleport looks and feels across campaigns, markets, and touchpoints.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute visual assets for brand, marketing, and campaign use across digital and print.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualise visuals that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling visual storytelling that connects with diverse audiences across markets.
- Adapt designs for multiple countries, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with translators and marketeers to localise designs in other languages when needed.
- Deliver design toolkits and visual templates that enable consistent rollout across regions.
- Maintain a high standard of visual design, ensuring every deliverable is cohesive, polished, and on‑brand.
- Keep up with design trends, technology, and creative best practices, bringing new ideas to keep Teleport's visuals fresh and distinctive.
- Contribute to evolving Teleport's brand identity by developing scalable design systems and creative frameworks.
- Partner with designers, producers, and marketers to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams to deliver high‑quality work on time and within scope.
- Support creative reviews, feedback sessions, and quality checks before final delivery.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, preferably in regional or multi‑market environments.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Bonus : Figma or 3D design software.Proficiency in web design and UI / UX design, through Figma and website builders (e.g. : Squarespace).Ability to conceptualise creative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with content creators, marketers, and product teams.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Able to adapt or create design materials in other languages in collaboration with translators.Able to travel regionally or internationally for projects when needed.Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
