We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager to lead retail site sourcing and lease management for our Malaysia market. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential retail locations while managing relationships with major mall operators, property developers, and landlords.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in retail leasing, a solid understanding of Malaysia’s property landscape, and strong negotiation skills to drive expansion and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure retail locations that align with the company’s brand and growth strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall operators, developers, and property owners to access key leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and rent structures within approved financial parameters.
• Partner with internal teams (Retail Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth lease execution and timely store openings.
• Monitor lease portfolio performance and recommend actions on renewals, relocations, or closures.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and rental benchmarks to support management decisions.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
