Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analyses to uncover user needs, pain points and behavior.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, journey maps and information architecture to improve usability.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
• Perform usability tests, synthesize feedback and iterate designs rapidly.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals, presenting rationale, trade‑offs and research findings throughout the process.
