Job description
  • Deliver excellent in customer care
  • Daily operation in Concierge
  • Ensure counters are cleaned, sanitized and in working condition
  • Record all lost and found items in logbooks
  • Ensure all flyers are displayed
  • Reply customer's enquiry & complains
  • Online reply on customer message and commnets on Facebook, Instagram of all outlets.
  • Assist in minor execution of Marketing activities, such as redemption & contest.
  • Distribute letters to tenants that related to marketing event / promotion / annoucement
  • Compile adn submit redemption report and customer database
  • Assist Car Park operation for handling parking tickets issues.
  • Ensure First Aid kit items are up to date.
