Responsibilities :
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Present RFQs to potential Customers that are competitive and cost-efficient.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with management to create and execute strategies for market growth including the company’s marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and grow business with existing Customers, lead the RFQ process, summarise and invoice PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and negotiate prices and E&O (excess and obsolete material).
- Develop a healthy sales strategy for the Company that ensures annual growth.
- Ensure that the Customer demand which is uploaded into the ERP is always up to date and as accurate as possible.
- Owner of Gross Margin, mitigate impacts of currency fluctuations, engineering changes and material cost.
- Negotiate and prepare to sign any contract documents that customers may present to the Company from time to time
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
- Oversee the execution and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the electronics industry. Preferably a technical background within EMS.Experience in business development or sales within the electronics or related industries.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Sub Specialization : Sales;Business Development Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 5 Years Work Location : Penang
