Job description
Job Responsibilities :
Handle daily filing and maintain proper record-keeping of documents
Assist with data entry, updating, and organizing documents
Process and manage assigned documents accurately and timely
Support general administrative tasks as required
Liaise with internal teams, installers, and external parties when needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Carry out other duties assigned by the management when necessary
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma qualification (SPM holders may also be considered)
At least have 1 year working experience in related field
Proficient in basic computer usage (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
