Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily filing and maintain proper record-keeping of documents
  • Assist with data entry, updating, and organizing documents
  • Process and manage assigned documents accurately and timely
  • Support general administrative tasks as required
  • Liaise with internal teams, installers, and external parties when needed to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the management when necessary

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma qualification (SPM holders may also be considered)
  • At least have 1 year working experience in related field
  • Proficient in basic computer usage (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
