Job Title : Content CreatorJob Summary :

The Content Creator is responsible for developing, producing, and publishing engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and support marketing campaigns. This role involves creativity, storytelling, and knowledge of digital trends to connect with target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and company goals.
  • Write clear, compelling copy that matches brand tone and voice.
  • Develop visual content (images, short videos, reels, graphics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that meets business objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas and stay relevant.
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Stay updated with content trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and other interactions on social media platforms.

Requirements :

  • Education : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years of content creation or social media experience preferred (internships or freelance work may be acceptable).
  • Skills :
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with paid ads or influencer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

    Pay : RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
