Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role for an Inside Sales Support. Your primary responsibilities include assisting the sales team with day‑to‑day activities, handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, managing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Sales Operations skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in using sales and customer management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
