Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks in key areas including Production, Warehouse, and Logistics by assisting with day-to-day operations within the assigned business unit.
• Prepare, maintain, and update various documents, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all daily operations and procedures are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Participate in training programs and job rotations across departments (HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Production, etc.).
• Assist respective department heads in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and documentation.
• Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operational standards.
• Support management in implementing company initiatives and improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, and data analysis as required by supervisors or management.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks or projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management team.
