Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily rig operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective drilling activities.
- Oversee all aspects of rig equipment, maintenance, and drilling operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig personnel, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain close communication with onshore management and client representatives.
- Monitor drilling performance and implement operational improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all personnel maintain valid certifications and competency levels required by the company and regulatory bodies.
