Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rig Manager with a strong background in managing tender rigs and offshore drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working in the Gulf of Thailand and a thorough understanding of rig equipment, maintenance, and drilling operations. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily rig operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective drilling activities.
• Oversee all aspects of rig equipment, maintenance, and drilling operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain close communication with onshore management and client representatives.
• Monitor drilling performance and implement operational improvements where necessary.
• Ensure all personnel maintain valid certifications and competency levels required by the company and regulatory bodies.
