The role

We’re seeking a passionate and credible Security Sales Specialist to drive strategic customer engagements around Microsoft’s Security portfolio. This role is focused on helping enterprise clients protect their digital assets, manage risk, and comply with regulations using Microsoft’s end-to-end security solutions. This is a client-facing, field sales role.

  • Drive sales of Microsoft’s Security solutions including : Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance), Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management), Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
  • Develop and execute territory / account plans aligned with customer priorities
  • Lead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption
  • Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation
  • Stay current on Microsoft’s evolving security offerings and industry trends

What we need to see from you

  • 5+ years in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud security
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and compliance requirements
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft’s Security stack and Zero Trust architecture
  • Proven success in consultative selling to CISOs, security architects, and compliance leaders
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus
