Job description3+ years relevant experience in Cloud Engineering / Support role Excellent understanding and proven experience in Public Cloud implementation, workload migration and operational support in a multi-site enterprise environment Practical experience of supporting Enterprise Public Cloud Services and automation Experience within a decentralized organization, preferably within the Group unit Manages Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, focusing on deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable Kubernetes environments including cluster configuration, security, networking, storage, monitoring and logging Sound understanding of IT operating model design and best practices Experience in a top-tier multinational corporation will be an advantage Liaise with service providers to ensure that operational processes (backup, patching, provisioning, monitoring) for service follow-up and incident management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Scripting and containers : PowerShell, Azure CLI, YAML, Containers / AKS, etc Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Information Technology Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting
The Senior Analyst, Cloud Operations will provide day to day support to all AIA business units using AIA’s Azure public cloud platform including incident-, change-, request- and problem management. This role focuses on leveraging Azure services administration tasks and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance.
- Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and governance to identify and implement improvements.
- Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and / or modernized.
- Work as part of a 24 / 7 shift roster to implement changes and requests and resolve incidents.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
