Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher, major in Marketing or Business Management
  • E-commerce Background for more than half a year or experience related to KOL.
  • English skills for work, with at least half a year of experience, applicants with overseas work experience are preferred.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have KOL or related operation experiences, understand KOL selection criteria, understand how to make a variety of videos to make them viral.
  • Able to understand various data, able to identify problems, combined with actual operation process to improve and solve problems.
  • Familiar with information, understand about Livestreaming and KOL collaboration.
  • Have good logical thinking, clear expression and good communication, innovative consciousness and product-oriented thinking, strong data analysis ability, good analytical judgment ability, good at integrating and coordinating all aspects of work, can work under pressure, responsible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the target completion and execution plan implementation of the TT live-streaming business, effectively driving the growth of the live-streaming business in line with the group's expectations.
  • Influencer Business Development (BD) Relationship Management : Responsible for influencer business coordination, including initial contact, negotiation, pricing, scheduling, and ensuring long-term cooperation with influencers.
  • Live-Streaming Mechanism Planning : Compare internal mechanisms with those of other brands, track and evaluate influencer performance, and optimize mechanisms in a timely manner, with ongoing effectiveness analysis.
  • Live-Streaming Information Management : Regularly update influencer data and manage different live-streaming resources, including creating and monitoring MOU contracts and tracking contract fulfillment.
  • Broadcaster Training : Responsible for training all company broadcasters, including skill training, new product training, live-streaming script creation and updates, and regular script revisions.
  • Collaborative Management with Internal Operations Team : Responsible for creating and managing the schedules of broadcasters and floor managers for all live-streaming rooms, handling contract management, and coordinating daily shift adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Live-Streaming Effectiveness Management : Track the progress of live-streaming duration targets, make timely adjustments to ensure target achievement, and analyze the effectiveness of different time slots to assist in optimizing live-streaming operations.
  • Advertising Placement and Effectiveness Control : Responsible for developing full channel advertising strategies, including budget control, effectiveness monitoring, and analysis, to achieve the company's set advertising goals.
