Job Descriptions

Responsible for shipping operations, product ordering, inventory control, and coordination with the head office.

Manage a warehouse handling approximately 1,500 product types, ensuring efficient logistics and smooth operations.

Oversee overall warehouse and logistics management, including :

• Warehouse Management : Inventory optimization, inbound / outbound shipment control, and process efficiency improvements.
• Head Office Coordination : Product ordering, inventory adjustments, progress reporting, and consultation.
• External Communication : Liaise with customers and external transportation companies as a distributor.

Utilize Excel and internal inventory management systems to monitor and track operations.

Work closely with a Japanese manager and local staff as part of the operations team.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a logistics company or freight forwarding environment.

Practical experience in import / export operations is required.

Prior experience in warehouse management and distribution operations is an added advantage.

Proficiency in both Japanese and English to liaise with Japan HQ.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.

Working visa will be provided for other candidates that are fully fluent in Japanese

Location : Kajang

Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Working Days : Monday – Friday (with one Saturday per month)

Overtime : Minimal (allowance provided for weekend work)
