Job description

We are looking to hire a Senior Executive, Sales Planning to strengthen our relationships with agents and support the development of effective sales strategies. This role involves assisting in business performance, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Agent Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with agents to better understand their needs and assist in developing tailored sales plans.
  • Agent Development : Identify emerging agents and support their growth through monitoring, counseling, and encouragement, while keeping them informed of company updates and strategic directions.
  • Business Performance Support : Assist in managing overall business performance, sales, and recruitment activities to help meet set targets.
  • Enhancement Program Development : Contribute to planning and developing enhancement programs within the sales planning team to improve service quality for agents and customers.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market and competitive analysis to gather insights that inform the development of launch plans and remuneration strategies aimed at maximizing product performance and driving sales.
  • Program Execution : Support the conceptualization, development, and execution of programs that strengthen the company's relationship with the sales organization through various activities.
  • Sales Operations Support : Assist the Team Leader, Sales in ensuring that all sales-related matters—such as operations, products, communications, promotions, and initiatives—are executed efficiently and on time.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, with the ability to support and guide team efforts effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of contributing to projects and driving results.
