Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP OTC Consultant with a strong background in the SAP IS-Auto solution to join our team for a S / 4HANA implementation project.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in core SAP OTC processes, coupled with hands-on experience in the specific functionalities required especially for the auto industry. A critical requirement for this role is proven experience with SAP for Automotive processes, including Vehicle Management, Just-in-Time, and Variant Configuration etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering workshops, analysing and documenting client needs for the OTC business processes within an automotive context.
• Design, configure, and prototype business processes in SAP S / 4HANA, with a focus on core OTC and key IS-Auto functionalities, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects), including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the OTC and IS-Automotive business processes, providing guidance and solutions to the project team and business stakeholders.
• Configure and test end-to-end scenarios, including core OTC processes (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management) and IS-Automotive specific processes (e.g., Vehicle Management System, Just-in-Time / Just-in-Sequence delivery, Dealer Business Management).
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules (e.g., FI / CO, MM, PP) and technical developers, with a specific focus on integration with production planning in an automotive environment.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
• Offer post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues during the hypercare phase.
