Technical Executive, Certified Energy Manager (Baling, Kedah)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and manage technical reporting and documentation for Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality (Monthly Energy Management Report, EAC Analysis, REEM, Measurement & Verification, Energy Audit, Technical Advice, Monthly Walkthrough Inspection & Detailed Assessment) including update monthly FEMS 10% savings report (F8) and ASIS data as per required in Concession Agreement.
• Plan and execute SP activities such as internal audits (SOP-EMWP, Asset & System Performance) and manage external audits (Energy Management Gold Standard 1, 2 & 3-stars, LEED & MyCrest-CIDB), according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Satisfy stakeholder management for Internal (HQ, RO, Sites, Superior, Peers) and External (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health, Local Authorities and Business Partner) parties to comply with company vision and mission
• Plan, execute, and monitor the Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) Retrofitting & Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) which involve preparing the Bills of Quantity (BQ), Specifications and Technical Data, and perform tender exercise (site visit, meetings, designs, drawings, briefing, evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test, testing and commissioning, hand over) to achieve a

company's Annual Operation Plan (AOP) target and comply the stipulated timeframe as approved by the MOH
