Retail Operations Inventory Management Customer Service Communication Skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail store and fulfillment center, including displays, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage inventory, process orders, and track shipments.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and social media content creation.
  • Facilitate arrival and departure formalities for all guests, including VIPs, while ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to maintain high standards of guest service and room readiness.
  • Greet guests warmly and courteously, making an effort to learn and use their names to provide personalized service.

Account & Finance

  • Follow up on and answer accounting-related questions from outlets, ensuring smooth accounting coordination.
  • When account discrepancies occur at outlets, assist with short-term on-site verification if required.
  • Account Reconciliation and Confirmation
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.

    • Sales & Operations

  • Provide Statement of account to customer and monitoring outstanding payment from customer.
  • To prepare daily sales report to Director.
  • General duties such as documentation and filling, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone inquiries.
  • Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty
  • POSM : Latest & up to date POSM
  • To work closely with distributor in managing dealers’ portfolio by providing system support ie network, creation, modification and termination

  • Prepare reports, proposals, and follow up on accounts
  • AI Tool Integration : Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and implement intelligent features.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Testing and Debugging : Participate in testing processes to identify and fix bugs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Partnership and Collaboration : Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, food bloggers, influencers, and event organizers to increase brand visibility and reach a wider audience.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Develop strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, including loyalty programs, customer feedback surveys, and personalized marketing communications.
  • Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for group bookings, corporate events, and catering services, and provide marketing support to drive these sales initiatives.
