Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our software development team, which specializes in providing customized and bespoke applications and solutions for mobile operators worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing telecom‑specific solutions, APIs, middleware, and full‑stack applications. This role requires a strong technical background, customer‑facing experience, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development & Design : Lead the development, design, and optimization of high‑performance applications, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Requirement Analysis : Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable software solutions.
• Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve software defects and infrastructure / network‑related issues efficiently.
• Mentorship & Leadership : Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing culture.
• Customer Consultation : Engage with external customers to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful software implementation.
• Pre‑Sales Support : Assist in pre‑sales activities, providing technical consultation, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Technical Documentation : Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Collaborate with stakeholders to perform UAT and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions.
