6 - 8 years’ experience in business operations, business strategy and procurement with relevant knowledge in areas of oil and gas industry and engineering.

Minimum 4 years in a managerial role or capacity

Experience in non-related technical areas such as consultancy, manufacturing will be also considered.

Think strategically and translate strategy into local relevant operational plan.

Ability to identify processes needed improvement, and to recommend improvements.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Proven success in high-level client engagement and negotiation.

Flexibility to adjust strategies and priorities in response to changing market conditions.

Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and present findings to senior management.

Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

Job Descriptions :

To drive TPS Strategic Supply Chain mainly in Procurement & Vendor Management Program.

To establish and maintain company’s approved vendor list.

To coordinate and monitor vendors’ performance according to Key Performance Index.

To establish strategic frame agreement with vendors.

To monitor all procurement related activities in compliance to Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA) and also SD Industrial’s Procurement “Standard Operating Procedures (Procurement SOPs); i.e. Purchase Order, Online Vendor Registration, Tender, and including all Procurement Savings and Benefits monitoring.

Responsible for TPS’ Business Strategic approach and key strategic plans.

To continuously drive and monitor TPS Blueprint action plans.

To lead Business Continuity Management initiatives across TPS

To drive Digital Marketing and branding initiatives for TPS, including but not limited to websites, digital catalogues and companies’ events.

To continuously monitor business cost saving initiatives, business operation efficiency and maximize value creation.

Coordinate and audit inventory stock take at all branches and scrutiny of material discrepancies.

Assist in preparation of Functional Design Document (FDD) for new AX functional request.

Testing and approval of changes required in AX ie : configuration change, change request

Monitor and drive activities with branches to reduce aged inventory.

Assist in ISO management for Quality Management System

Responsible as Risk Champion for TPS, to review and update on a quarterly basis.

To plan and coordinate TPS Monthly Operational Meeting.

To monitor financial deliverables for company and branches performance dashboard i.e. invoicing, inventory, hedging, VO, and vendors’ payment

To monitor fixed assets, CAPEX requisitions, Physical Fixed Asset Verification Exercises, asset disposal and stock take.

Continuously update knowledge of company and related products and activities for effective job performance.

Execution of operation related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of TPS that will enhance and contribute to the overall efficient operation of the company.
