Senior Staff Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for internal & external quality related topic inclusive production / customer audit, customer complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, special clearance, shipment halt, RMA disposition. Early involvement in new product introduction to mass production mode. To govern internal / external customer complain cases. To support and participate in verification and effectiveness of improvement activities. To be the project leader to lead quality improvement projects. Conduct routine IPA / LPA audit and govern MSA practice in the respective area. Govern deviation management in shopfloor to ensure the risk assessment of affected materials are fully understood and disposed. Govern SPC compliance to ensure CTQ / CTQ meeting the Cpk targets.
