About the Role :
- Prospect and generate leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including presenting programs and negotiating terms.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets to support institute revenue goals.
Understand and promote training programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.Represent the institute at events and webinars to attract clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies.
Provide client feedback to enhance training programs.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.Requirements
Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.Fresh Graduate Students are encourage to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years sales experience is a bonus.Able to communicate in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia and / or other languages with local or clients in the region.
