We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to bridge the gap between our deep technical product development and our market-facing teams. This role is not about writing code but about being the commercial voice of the product, leveraging your technical background to craft compelling narratives, enable sales, and ensure our solutions achieve market fit and dominance. You will be responsible for the product's business performance post-launch, focusing on pricing, packaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Business Trip Required : Need to visit Bangladesh frequently as per demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the comprehensive GTM strategy for new products, features, and major releases.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target personas and differentiate us from competitors.
- Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to inform GTM plans.
- Determine optimal pricing and packaging models in collaboration with different teams.
- Act as the "voice of the market" within the R&D organization, translating customer needs, market trends, and competitive threats into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
- Work closely with existing enterprise customers and prospects to gather feedback on product usability, feature adoption, and perceived value. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Cross-functional Leadership : Serve as the primary product liaison for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement materials , including battle cards, ROI calculators, technical whitepapers, and demo scripts.
- Train and enable customer-facing teams on the technical "why" behind the product, empowering them to tell a compelling story and handle technical objections.
- Technical Product Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of the product's architecture, APIs, integration capabilities, and underlying technology to speak with authority to technical audiences.
- Create and validate technical content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in the field.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on go-to-market strategy for B2B technology products.Proven, hands-on technical background (e.g., previous experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or technical pre-sales) with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and architectures.Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM plans that drove product adoption and revenue growth.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.What We Offer
