You will be working with a renowned financialpany in Selangor that is looking to revamp their Rewards Framework.
Your new role
Leading a team of 4, this role will spend majority of the time covering strategic Rewards, including bonus management, incentive proposals, benefits improvement with the support of a Rewards Manager. This role will also cover Performance Management and payroll as final checker.
