Responsibilities
Payroll processing to statutory payment.
Be responsible for Benefits and Compensation of Employees from preparation of Employment Contract to Employee onboarding, confirmation and promotion, annual appraisal, acceptance of resignation, etc.
Responsible for foreign worker management including renewal, hostel management and other related matters.
Responsible for arranging training, training needs survey and HRDF claim.
Undertake any other HR and admin tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by management or superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
Preferably 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources.
Fresh graduates for Human Resources related study who is keen to learn are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. Info-Tech Systems) and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
Sound knowledge of employment laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain organized records.
High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Manage high-pressure situations, particularly during peak payroll periods and when resolving complex payroll discrepancies.
