Your Role in VT Markets
We are seeking a Creative Designer with a dynamic background in both graphic design and UI / UX design to join our growing team. This role requires a visionary designer who excels in creating engaging visuals and seamless user experiences. You will be reporting to the Creative Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior creatives, and help shape our brand identity, product design, and digital marketing strategies.

Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design / Advertising / Visual Communication or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a senior creative role, either in an advertising agency or an in-house team.
- Proven expertise in UI / UX design, with a portfolio showcasing digital product design, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Technical & Functional Skills :
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Bonus for experience with animation tools like Lottie.Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand development, and the creative process.Experience with user-centered design principles and collaborating closely with development teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively to stakeholders.A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and a passion for innovation.Ability to create motion graphics and fluency in Mandarin to speak with mandarin speaking associates.Job Responsibilities
