Responsibilities
Be responsible for the full life cycle management of in-store payment products, including product planning, product design, product release, and subsequent iterative optimization. Design EMV‑compliant terminal software (EMV & Tap‑to‑pay solutions), optimize transaction flows (sale, void, clearing, etc.), and ensure EMV L3 certification & PCI P2PE security standards.Deeply understand users and markets, conduct market research and competitor analysis, define product positioning, product strategies, and product roadmaps, analyze merchant needs, track market trends (e.g., contactless payments, QR payment, terminal operation), and manage & develop terminal operation tools.Break down product structure and modules, analyze user stories, design product features & user experiences.Work closely with internal and external teams & stakeholders, manage and drive product projects to ensure products are delivered on time and meet high‑quality standards. Collaboration among terminal vendors, solution partners and security service suppliers, etc.Participate customer delivery activities to verify products and ensure customer success. Such as payment routing solution & multi‑channel integration management, etc.Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance. Such as PSR optimize & reducing merchant transaction costs.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years working experience as a payment product manager, with hands‑on experience in EMV standards, POS software design, or acquirer system integration. Related experience with terminal management system.Good understanding of payment technology, including but not limited to payment flows, payment channels, payment operations, etc. CARD-specific EMV L3 certification management, transaction processing, transaction routing, terminal security (HSM), ISO 8583 protocols is a must.Hands‑on experience in full lifecycle of product projects, preferably integrating payment channels and / or building payment services. Strong ownership to drive product projects to successful delivery. Device life‑cycle management, parameter configuration, and merchant analytics tools would be a plus.Independent judgment, strong data sense, and excellent communication skills.Proven structured thinking and analytical skills, being able to analyse business scenarios / requirements, define user stories & product specifications.Passion to pursue product innovative initiatives, and be able to withstand work pressure.Seniority level
