Job descriptionHandle and record employee documents into the logbook. Handle and distribute birthday gifts according to department. Monitor the arrival of employees during medical checkup with doctors at the clinic designated by HQ. In charge of the training room for training purpose and ensure the room always in 5S conditions. Responsible for liaise on between applicants and hiring manager on the matters of interviewing. Handle and monitor workers disciplinary and complaint issues, provided necessary guidance if needed. Distributed payslip to each department every salary time.
Job Requirements :
- A basic diploma in any field, preferably with knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Applicants must willing to work at Senai , Johor area location.
