Join us if you :

  • At least 1 year of experience in business admin support, or business analysis in the financial services industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Bachelor's degree in business admin, analytic, marketing, or any related field.
  • Agile, adaptable and resourceful personality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Have own transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do :

  • Provide business analysis support to the team including preparing analytic reports and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure all documents, records and files are properly maintained via electronically stored and / or hardcopy.
  • Serve as the point of contact for relevant parties, managing communications and disseminating related information.
  • Assist team head in conducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure client's satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Provide implementation support and keep client updated on new products and services.
