Job description
Job Responsibilities
To handle account receivable & account payable.
To prepare debtors list and remind customer of the payment due date and update status.
To ensure all issued invoices are updated in system.
Ensure and double check for the invoice details, pricing, item code and etc.
To process and verify shipment related documents to avoid mistake and ensure good receiving has done.
Monitor and checking of office expenses, staff claim, petty cash, as well as suppliers payment.
To prepare monthly report, staff payroll related process, liaison with oversea customers and supplier for transaction matters.
To carry out duties which assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Finance & Accounting / ACCA or equivalent.
Min 3 years of working experiences in Trading company, Manufacturing or Logistic related company.
Details oriented, meticulous and good communication skills.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (read & write).
Possess own transport.
