Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Intern at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur, located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting with network administration tasks, providing troubleshooting support, ensuring network security, and offering customer service to hotel guests and staff. The intern will gain hands-on experience and help maintain the technological infrastructure of the hotel.

• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
