To perform daily task in assigned section with observation and Responsible for receiving of FG from production and ensuring the necessary paperwork as per requirement and update into ERP system.

Ensuring all FG inventory are properly stored and preserved from deterioration.

Ensure all FG are packed in accordance to the work instruction and in time for pickup by the logistic company.

Responsible to ensure all store packaging materials and consumables are adequately stocked.

Responsible to ensure all store equipment are maintained and kept in proper working condition.

To issue raw materials / AGS to production.

To update system on inventory movement.

To do receiving / Goods received note for incoming materials / item.

To receive finished goods parts from QC and do packing for storage in storage in store.

To prepare pack items for secondary process.

To comply to all materials working instructions.

What to expect : Incoming receiving, issuance, and inventory management as per procedure.

Responsible for packing and delivery of FG to customer.

To verify Certificate of Conformity (COC) as per Upeca’s standard.

To sign Certificate of Conformity (COC) prior to delivery.

To issue PPS / Material to production floor.

To handle / operate Forklift and Reach truck on daily basis.

Reporting to : Leaders, Executive / Senior Executive Logistics

Experience and Personality Preference : At least 1 year experience in store operation (Manufacturing background is added value)

Skills, Knowledge Requirements : Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department harmony.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages.

Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills.
