Responsibilities

• Provide best treatment experiences, from welcoming clients to aftercare advice.
• Follow service guidelines and SOPs for all treatments, including explaining procedures, treatment outcomes, and aftercare to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of treatment rooms—regularly sanitize, organize, and handle equipment and products according to standards.
• Support daily outlet operations—assist with opening, closing, and general upkeep tasks.
• Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer satisfaction for both walk-ins and appointments.
• Strive for continuous self-improvement and contribute ideas for process or service enhancement.
