JOB VACANCY

POSITION : SALES EXECUTIVE (MAID AGENCY)

LOCATION : BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG

SALARY : RM

Job Responsibility

Promote and sell maid services to prospective clients, including individuals, families, and businesses.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Conduct presentations and provide information about the range of services our agency offers.

Engage in marketing efforts to raise awareness of our services in the local community.

Handle inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and close sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth maid placement and service delivery.

Ensure smooth operation sales office.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of the maid agency industry is a plus, but not required.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
