Requirements

Good communication skills and customer relationship skills
Friendly personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
Positive attitude and be open to learning new thing
Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holiday
Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Handling and managing patient satisfaction

Performing therapy such as Tuina, Cupping, Gua Sha, or other technique

Performing clinic's daily operations

Any other tasks as assigned
