Job description

This job involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights for clients. You will work with a variety of clients from different regions and levels, helping them make informed decisions based on your expertise.

Meet with clients to present, discuss, and identify their objectives and goals.
Determine the best methodology to use based on clients' objectives and goals.
Set up data collection processes for data gathering.
Perform data cleaning and filter out irrelevant data.
Code and analyze large volumes of social media activity data.
Integrate and summarize data to produce actionable insights.
Present insights to clients' representatives at all levels, including C-Suite and department heads.
Provide expert advice based on insights gathered.
Offer consultancy services to local and regional clients.

Job Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple local languages and dialects.

Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, marketing, communications, or 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in creating reports and analysis using MS Excel (Pivot Tables) or other visualization tools like MS PowerPoint.

Analytical mindset with a passion for connecting data and discovering new insights.

Flexibility in work arrangements, sociability, and confidence in presenting to small and medium groups.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain performance independently and in teams.

Willingness to learn and develop continuously.

Active presence on social media channels.
