Site Supervisor

About the role

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor role is a pivotal position within HTY Construction (M) Sdn Bhd. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penor, Pahang(might relocation if the project been finished).

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Monitoring site safety, quality, productivity and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
• Identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines and budgets
• Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports to the Site Manager
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced members of the construction crew
