ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a hands-on software consultant to join our software team to improve our software capabilities to provide software solutions for Glory’s customers from different industries. This is a newly created role because of the increased demand in software solutions in the regions.

Key Responsibilities

Be the Subject Matter Expert for all in-house software products and customized solutions.

Support partners to integrate with Glory products.

Research, design, and implement software programs.

Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness.

Perform field installation and training when necessary.

Attend, analyse and troubleshoot field problems related to software.

Document requirements, user guides, and training materials.

Work closely with sales teams, other developers, and different departments for project implementation.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 or more years of relevant experience

Diploma or Degree in computing or related IT certification

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Technical

Experienced in development in .NET core 3.1 or above.

Familiar with Dependency Injection.

Experienced in either C# Web API development or C# WPF App development (Prefer candidates with both).

Experienced in RESTful API integration (integration with 3rd party API) and Json Web Token Authentication.

Non-Technical

English language – Excellent.

Excellent communication skills.

Good troubleshooting skills.

Good interpersonal relationship.
