Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Design or related field. 5+ years relevant experience, at least 2 years in medium / large construction firms. Experience in industrial workshop projects (semiconductor / data center / food / pharmapreferred). Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction laws & regulations. Good English skills; experience in foreign-funded projects preferred. Oversee onsite safety compliance. Assist in hazard analysis & preventive measures. Conduct inspections and enforce safety rules. Report accidents and participate in investigations. Maintain safety documentation & records. Knowledge of safety management in construction projects. Strong observation and reporting skills. Able to enforce safety rules and correct violations. Bachelor’s degree or above. English as the working language (Chinese proficiency preferred). Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles. Industrial workshop construction experience preferred. Manage completeness & standardisation of project documents. File, store, distribute and track technical documents. Review and control document updates & versions. Digitise paper records and manage knowledge archive. Support project acceptance and file compilation tasks. Familiarity with document control systems. Strong organisational and documentation skills. Attention to detail & systematic work approach. Bachelor’s degree or above. English as the working language (Chinese proficiency preferred). Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles. Industrial workshop construction experience preferred.
