Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance. Undertakes any assignment / special project as determined by the Retail Manager. Adhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities. Interface with various internal DHL departments (Operation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement. To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet. Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash / credit card transactions of retail outlet. Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data. Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office. Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.Implement store hours Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times. YOUR PROFILE

Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy. Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
