Job descriptionBachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent At least 6 months of working experience with MT4 Administrator If no MT4 Administrator experience, at least 3 years of working experience with MT4 Fluency in Mandarin and English Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel Good analytical, numerical, statistical, finance and IT skills Eager to learn and passionate about Risk Management or Trading Medical Benefit Optical Benefit Gym / Fitness Subsidy Travel Allowance Meal Allowance Staff Referral Bonus Program Work From Anywhere Policy (T&C applies) Long Service Reward (with Cash Incentives in USD)

Position : System Support Specialist (System Monitoring)
Overview
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Liaise with various departments on all aspects of client trading
- Performing settings in MT4 Administrator and relevant systems
- Preparing various trade reports and data analysis
- Preparing daily client account analysis
- Monitoring client trade flow and execution
- Assist in dealing activities in financial market to maximize the company's profitability
- Negotiate with system development team for assisting system enhancement and deployment, especially for new trading product
- Able to work as Shift / Weekend / Holidays (on rotational as per Business needs)
- Monitoring pricing connectivity
